Date & Time: June 23, post bombs
Location: On the outskirts of the city
Characters: Seviilia and Belphegor
Summary: One is leaving the city after the confusion and one is entering. They collide.
Warnings: People who like stabbing things.
[The bombing had attracted Seviilia into town for only one reason, and that had been the call of battle as per usual. She had yet to make any lasting connections with the inhabitants here, mostly of her own choosing. It has been easier on Azeroth, when all she needed to do was retreat to the Plaguelands for a bit of peace and quiet, as well as for some much needed carthetic hacking and slashing.
Exsilium was different, almost claustrophobic in comparison. But it was an island rich with the corpses of the dead as well, which occupied her time when nothing else presented itself. She does not often bring her minions into town, knowing they are an extension of her and that people are rarely comfortable with them. Now, however, two ghouls crawl on all fours beside her as she slips quietly out of the city, axes strapped to the back of her dreadplate. She had taken time to clean her armor of gore before leaving, intent on continuing her search for a more...suitable home.
Her skin felt patchy, dry even for a reanimated corpse due to the heat from the bombs. It would take a few days for her frost magic to catch up with her and rejuvinate her limbs back to normal -- annoying, but certainly not the end of the world. She becomes absorbed in picking off stray specs from her gauntlet just as she's leaving, ears peeled for anyone who might appear in front or behind her.]

Now, days later when things were settled and Belphegor felt relatively sure that he wouldn't have to deal with any unnecessary consequences returning to the city he is venturing back in. Surprisingly enough he seems to be staying on his best behavior as he skips along rooftops looking at the streets below, until he comes across a pretty unusual sight.
The concept of undead creatures isn't unfamiliar to this kid. Shortly before he showed up at Exsilium he'd been helping a large group of people take down some less than living corpses that were causing problems, but for as rotted and disgusting looking as those had been they sure didn't seem to move like these two did now.
He wastes no time leaping off the low building he's standing on towards Seviilia and her minions. ]

A child--human by the looks of it. Not an immediate concern, but she wouldn't call the ghoul off from leaping. No reason for a child his age to be lurking around on rooftops after the city had just been bombed. If he had anything to show for himself, he'd attack it. That was fine with her -- after all, it was just a corpse. There were plenty of those around.]

These things certainly don't look like they're as much of a threat as the ones he's fought back in his world, but then again rotting didn't seem to slow those particular creatures down much. ]

No sense in wasting the energy, after all.]
It is quite rude to sneak up on people.

He doesn't bother to look up at Seviilia as he nudges the corpse with the toe of his boot trying to turn it over. ]
It's rude to attack people out of the blue too.

Call it a reflex. All things considered, it appears that they are not unfounded.
[The elf nods her head at the knives.]

He snickers at the comment. ]
It's a dangerous place here. I'm just trying trying to protect myself.
