Date & Time: Backdated to sometime in January
Location: In Taiwan somewhere...
Characters: Emil Castagnier and Richter Abend
Summary: Delivering resources to VIP that play a role in genetics. And also dumb fetch quest skits
Warnings: INSANELY SLOW TAGS IMMINENT

They'd been assigned to what was more or less a delivery mission. It sounded reasonable enough; get these items from point A to point B in order to promote a certain outcome. The Initiative's overall plans felt roundabout if one thought about it too long, but Richter was hardly one to talk. At least they were forthcoming about the fact that they had only the most general idea of how these missions would come to affect the United Earth.

Finding out that he needed to go on this mission with Emil was... awkward at best. They kept crossing paths back in Aselia, he supposed it was fate that led them to this outcome too.

It would have been a lot easier if it weren't for the fact that Emil had memories Richter had not lived through yet. How thought time travel was a good way of sorting out problems? But here they were, a fair distance away from their target location and left to ponder how to deliver the supplies inconspicuously.

"..." Richter crossed his arms as he stared at the the items they were meant to deliver. Enough to not raise suspicion but more than two people could carry on foot... Nevermind how ineffective that travel method would be. "Just how do they expect us to deliver all this?"
knightofcourage: Skit face: talking. (Emil - well...)

"I think that's for us to figure out. That's what they do sometimes, isn't it?" Emil paced around, glancing at the cargo-to-be every so often and at Richter slightly less often (usually when Emil thought he might not be looking). "If we had some carriages or something else we could travel with, that would make this easier."

Or the Rheiards, maybe. Or perhaps - closer to this world - those ships the Initiative had in the past? Though that was the past, maybe they didn't even have them anymore...it probably didn't even matter here anyway, since the two of them didn't have any of those.
