"So do I," Nathaniel says in agreement. "When I served with him in Amaranthine, years ago, he wasn't nearly as adament about it." He grabs another one of Anders' cereal squares. "He escaped from the Circle several times, and he hated how mages were treated, but once he was free he never really tried to help his fellow mages." He smiles ruefully. "Justice used to get irritated with him for that."

He looks up at Martin. "Has Anders told you about Justice?"
