When they reach the dance floor they'll find a sprightly Viennese waltz has started. Now for modern people, the waltz is rife with slow, stiff formality but that's merely a product of its original proponents having simply gotten older and older and older. When it was originally devised, the waltz was a giddy whirl, the Viennese even more so.

They start in the classic formal dance position, but once the Doctor's feet start moving, it's clear this is no sedate turn about the dance floor as he steps and whirls and pivots and brings her along for the ride.
