He gave a polite smile and shook the outstretched hand. Kid does have manners and that seemed very promising. "Ah, I see. Nice to meet you and call me Tenjou. Welcome and make yourself at home," he moved out of the way for his new roommate to come inside. The place was rather clean save for some obvious patch up work on one of the walls.

"Our other roommate is out at the moment. Priad can....be a bit difficult at times. " He glanced at the work on the wall but changed the subject. "Right. Your bedroom is over there," he pointed to one of the rooms. "Today's my day off by the way so feel free to ask me anything."
