Asami was polite and humble, but there was a certain satisfaction that came with showing off. She would never admit it. It came out of a desire to be to be taken seriously. Nobody besides Korra and Mako knew who her father was or how she was raised, but old habits and wants die hard. She was earnestly happy to have Lucy's approval.
