It hadn't been a question that he had expected her to answer because their opinions on the Guild had changed as they had grown older. He had only really recently come to understand that depth of her hate for that place, and while he would never mirror it, the warm place of home had become far less bright since her passing. He hadn't decided when to go back, ad now that decision was taken from him.
