Blue let out a ragged breath, feeling that heavy wave of emotion ease off and give his voice back. He still needed to swallow to really shake it off, glancing off to a side, finding it hard to look the kindness before him directly in the eye. Doing so would no doubt cause him to feel overwhelmed once more.

"If you think so," he uttered. "I mean...I don't know what else to do, so that's fine."
