Cedric shrugged. How unfortunate for them. He wondered if the Initiative knew at all what they were doing, but he hoped it would work out. It sure would be nice to participate in a happier ending this time.

"I'm from an Earth over a thousand years in the past. I lived out in the countryside---when there were still green pastures, obviously. But I came to London every now and then. The city that this place used to be. There were some great pubs and shops back there."
