Kanaya can certainly relate to reading a lot about fantastic things that turned out to be real. (After all, she literally is one.) On a conscious level, she's entirely mollified by Haruka's explanation. A small corner of her subconscious still takes a note, Haruka's (theoretical) familiarity with other worlds is unusual, a seed planted in a dark corner of the proverbial plot, not to sprout without further notice.
