She shrugs at that. It's a difficult question for her to answer, for reasons she's about to explain.

"I can't say much more than reiterating their complaints or lack thereof. I didn't exactly come here with a conventional sleep cycle or knowledge of the seasons on this planet." In fact, she didn't sleep at all, but if Haruka is a normal human (she does subconsciously begin that clause with if distinct from something more definite like since) she definitely would not take that information well. "But if I had to guess whether the season was more commonly considered discordant or concordant, I would say the latter."

Her follow-up question exposes a little further the ignorance she has about what Earth was like in a better time. "It's not like your planet's seasons are particularly meaningful anymore anyway, are they? At any time of the year Earth is just as you've seen - dark, not even dim."
