Collette won't say otherwise. In her opinion, people questioning themselves were better off as leaders than the ones who never questioned, and didn't stand for people questioning their ideas. That a leader had to pick a plan at some point and stick to it, without showing hesitation then -- that was a different sort of burden.

Anyway, it's all complicated and something Collette understands and is thankful never to have to be. Hah! Anyone looking to her for leadership was going to be in a tough spot, and fast!
