Date & Time: 2/27 early evening.
Location: rooftop in the city.
Characters: SHELKE and KATE
Summary: meeting each other properly for the first time.
Warnings: idk??
[ Though Kate will be on these rooftops by midnight, she wanted to sit atop somewhere in private. Buried in her thoughts about the Robins, Batgirl, Bette, home, and her evolving weapon. Her face is difficult to make out beneath the dark hood, umbrella left beside her.
A good morning's rest hardly helped to take care of the cold she had, even after brewing herself some tea and making a hot bowl of soup. Her nose feels worse than yesterday. Technically, she shouldn't be out in the rain with this cold, but up here, closer to the sky, feels safe and private enough. ]
