Characters: Colette Brunel and Zelos Wilder
Summary: Colette is the only one to have memories of the timeline where Zelos dies, and it's time she seeks her lost friend out.
Warnings: General Zelos warnings. Possible mentions of suicide.

Since reuniting with Lloyd, their faces have been hovering before her mind's eye, ghosts that serve as silent reminders of tragedy. She knows she should seek out Sheena, or Kratos, or even Mithos, but this seems more important somehow.
"We Chosen have to stick together."
(More importantly, she knows, Mithos won't know who she is. Mithos doesn't remember the friends who failed to save him. But Zelos is alone with his own mortality.)
She finds the door to Zelos's apartment and knocks, three quick, sharp taps, and tries to steady her trembling heart. ]
