Date & Time: April 29th; evening time.
Location: Unit 206
Characters: Eridan Ampora and Nepeta Leijon
Summary: Nepeta comes looking for Equius, but instead finds one grumpy as hell seadweller.
Warnings: Nothing.
Quite frankly, this entire place got on his nerves. If it wasn't his roommates, it was his fellow trolls. If it wasn't the other trolls, it was someone else. If it wasn't someone, it was something. Everything here just seemed to chip away at his patience, until eventually he had no other option but to lock himself away in his room and just do nothing. It wasn't much of an existence. He'd hoped this whole war scenario would've been a lot more interesting, a lot more active, but it was dull and stagnant. How he hated it.
At the moment he's laying on his bed browsing the network, but nothing really catches his attention. God knows if he made any attempts at communicating with any of these people it'd just end up in an argument again anyway. That's how things always end.
With a little huff, he closes his netbook and rolls onto his back, staring at the ceiling.
How utterly pointless.

Equius was in large part what made this place bearable, so visits were as much for her sake as it was to make sure he steered away from the Condesce.
She gave a loud knock on the door, and waited patiently outside, arms folded behind her back.

"I'll fuckin' get it then, wwill I!? You lazy bastards."
After a moment or two spent unlocking the door, he pulls it open; Nepeta. Right, of course. He doesn't offer much in the way of a greeting, half-turning on the spot in the direction of Equius' room.
"Eq! Nep's here."

A huff, and then he turns back towards Nepeta.
"He mustn't be here."

"Well boo." On the other hand, she's glad he isn't remaining cooped up inside. For a moment she's about to thank Eridan and take her leave, but something keeps her feet there. She can't say she has always regarded Eridan favorably, but past discussions with a Eridan have made her less prepared to just label him as a creep. She looks at him for a moment, considering, before speaking up again.
"Well, are you purrticularly busy right now?"

He decides against mentioning who it is specifically, since she probably wouldn't take too kindly to him bitching about Feferi. Still, even he's a little surprised by the question, quirking a brow. He's curious now.
"Wwhy? You need somethin'?"

"Oh, uh...yeah. Sure. Nothin'. Nothin' much I mean. As in I ain't doin' much cause there's nothin' really to do, is there?"
A pause, as he steps to the side.
"You wwanna come in or somethin'? Unless you been meanin' to just keep this convversation goin' out in the hall. Wwhich you can. I guess."
no subject
"Nah there really isn't I mean besides train and train some more I guess but even that gets boring after a while. Not like they give us a lot of freedom here, is it?" She did a slow 180 around the room before they returned to Eridan.
"Have things been any better here with Equius and Sollux?"
no subject
Awkward; he bothers Equius a lot actually. A lot.............uh.....
"...I don't see much a' him either. Honestly it's just better things go this wway or else god knowws wwhat'd happen, y'knoww.
...
You...doin' okay wwith your roommates?"

She plopped down on the floor, not seeming to care that there were seats around. "Oh I really like them so far! Both of them are human, one is named Rai and the other is Jericho. They're both really, really nice and funny. So far I haven't had any problems with either of them."
no subject
"..yeah I nevver heard a' either a' those two. I'm sure they're great." Spoken with a noticeable lack of enthusiasm. Like he cares about her roommates, but he's trying. He takes a seat on a chair closest to her, leaning forward and resting his arms on his lap folded.
"Howw about the others? Y'knoww, Kar an' the rest. Spoken to 'em yet?"
