I got da hyest score n da world on my s.a.t.
Date & Time: April 4th, afternoon
Location: Room 1005
Characters: Asami Sato (
chittybang) & Yosuke Hanamura (
inthejunk)
Summary: In a quest to lift his spirits, Asami teaches Yosuke how to do laundry. Because that's exciting and stuff.
Warnings: None.
[Although Asami didn't appreciate the wake-up call conjured by Yosuke's 2 A.M. network video, she has to admit it worked out. Her heart goes out to him. All of her plans and the ways she keeps herself busy is partly for the sake of not feeling incapable and aimless and lonely and, most of all, out of control. It's no wonder to her Yosuke feels the way he expressed over the network; if the guy can't even do his own laundry, how is he expected to feel like he can contribute to a large group full of people who have established their goals and motivations?
Left out in the dust. She doesn't wish that sense on anybody.
With that in mind, a part of her wonders how he fared during that madman's feigned attack of the UE.
In any case, she's certainly chipper upon meeting him. Her voice isn't so perky as it is melodic, and her movements are decisive and gentle. It's a difference from when she was lethargic and admittedly a little grumpy at the middle of the night. Not to mention she's cleaned up.]
Good afternoon! I'm Asami. It's so lovely to finally meet you in person.

So how've you been? Are you feeling any better since the last time we talked?
I'm SO sorry about the slowness! Swear I'm not usually so busy!
It's toootally ok, it's the end of the semester for me so it's piling up here too! :(
She empties her bag of the detergent, fabric softener, fabric enhancer and a pouch of marques. "I'm sorry about your lens, though. Have you taken it somewhere to get it looked at?"
bluh good luck!
"Nah, who cares about the lens anyway? It doesn't bother me."
thanks!! you too :)
She settles against a nearby counter, but she looks ready to get started.

He teases, though he doesn't stick around for the answer. Instead he heads to the bedroom and grabs his laundry.

"I could just ask one of the ladies here to paint a picture of it. Did you know there's an artist around here who was willing to paint a portrait of my Mom? Her talent's incredible."

"Okay, here it is. What should I do with it?"
no subject
"Well! Have you sorted it out, yet?"
no subject
"Um...yeah."

"Alright..! Well, the laundry room is this way." She takes her belongings again and opens up the front door, gesturing for him to exit first.

"How'd you learn?" He inquires, curious. It can't be that girls just know how, even if they all like to pretend its that way. They must learn it from somewhere.
