Billy stretches his hands in front of him, flexing his fingers. Somehow, he's not surprised.

He drums his fingers along his arms, soothing himself. "Some people used to treat me like I wasn't really human. I was too weird, too isolated, wrapped up in books and bolts instead of other people. But...I am, huh?"
