The wolf is friendly at least and, most likely, intelligent too. That's good. Leo doesn't dismiss Jabberwock just yet though, because you never know and the monstrous black-feathered Chain just makes an excellent deterrent. He retracts his arm (slowly as not to startle it any further) once the wolf has sniffed his hand and both his arms come to rest on his knees as he stays crouched, smiling pleasantly now.

"Are you a Transport too?"
