Open!

Who: Kagura [personal profile] boundbyheart , and YOU!
When: The month of May
What: Anyone meeting Kagura at her new 'home', near the outskirts of the city
Rating: PG-13 for possible violence?

The building itself was no bigger than a medium-sized shack, if you can even call it that. It was not very tall, and the giant holes in the wall showed a plain and decaying indoors. It was a simple three-room building: a small bathroom, a large room, and a smaller backroom that had a stove in it. Kagura planned to remove the stove and replace it with something more from her culture. a fire-pit with a cauldron over it. Clearly, whatever was in there was worth money, but she wasn't sure how to get it out just yet without making more holes.

As of right now, the small room had a blanket it in--her bed, and everything else was left bare. The bathroom was decaying, but the toliet was still usable. What mattered most to Kagura, however, was the holes in the roof and the floor. Where there were holes in the roof, there were holes in the floor, as the wood softened and broke from the damage. Kagura, though, would not sully her hands with this work, as she barely knew how to use a hammer in the first place and had no reason to learn. That's why'd she put a post up, in order to get help. She could ask some of the villagers, she supposed, but the Transports seemed more able-bodied. Hopefully, they'd want the job.

So, she stood under a small awning in front of her house, tapping her foot while she waited for a Transport or otherwise to arrive.

Jade saw fit to explore the city. He always preferred to know his surroundings. And as both Luke and Asch had pointed out, the Initiative seemed to do very little for their own. Jade wanted to truly see the state of the city and measure the treatment of its people.

He had worked his way out over the days, stepping out during his spare time and composing a mental map. It took him quite a while to make his way to the outskirts.

And so Jade Curtiss strolled by, hands in his pockets. His eyes skimmed over the shack, glance barely flickering over the impatient-seeming woman under the awning.

It takes Bolin a little while to find the place -- it's not in an area of his new home that he's familiar with. He's dressed to work in a tank top, jeans, and heavy boots. He's never done any kind of construction before -- any time they needed to earn extra cash, Mako's been the one to go out and get it -- but it can't be that hard, right?

He waves at the woman standing under the awning. "Hey! Are you the one looking for some help?"

Unfortunately for her, not everyone that wandered by where there to help. Belphegor hadn't even seen her post asking for assistance, and even if he had it wasn't likely he would have replied to it. As it was now he was there by completely chance, having felt like wandering around the outskirts of the city where he usually preferred to lurk.

All he knew was that there was a mess of a shack that looked like a strong breeze ought to blow it down, a woman nearby it, and the fact that he was just bored enough to think messing with her would be a good idea.

Without a second thought Belphegor casually strolled forward toward her with his hands in his pocket. Playing innocent for now.
