[bewildered, Kyouko raises a hand in greeting, and looks around again, as if she can't believe her eyes.] Birthday? [she has to think...a lightbulb turns on.] You actually remembered that? Damn, are you kiddin' me...?

[but the usual bite in her voice isn't really there. She glances up at a streamer, embarrassed, and crosses her arms. gruffly:] You didn't hafta do this, y'know.

[she's touched though, really.

give her a party hat it'll be rad]
