Shepard has always pushed too much, stuck her nose in places they don't belong. But she's never undeterred from asking, regardless of the reactions that she gets from people who clearly don't want to be poked. Homura is definitely one of those types, but she's okay with that. It's fun, either way.

She gets a rise out of people, or she gets answers that slowly begin to satisfy her curiosity.

"And how has that worked out for you?" She's only going to push at the edges for now. Even with her crew, it took time to dig in, discover things that made them tick, find those secrets.

It would only be a matter of time before Shepard got something more out of Homura.
