What a coincidence. I'm glad we found each other! But I figured things were going badly when the soldiers raided and sank the ship we were on. What a mess. I didn't recognize them as United Earth at first. I guess they figured out what the Initiative was up to...

So what's happening? What is the Initiative doing about this?
