HE'S LIKE DYING.
Legit almost dying but Momo was probably out of the house so he manages to drag himself to the door. Kanaya probably heard a feeble "coming..." and then two minutes later, someone peering warily out of the room as he opens the door.
"... Deliver? I didn't... order anything..."
