[OPEN] Try to understand that I'm trying to make a move just to stay in the game
Date & Time: Tuesday, the 11th
Location: Koltira's cabin---» mid-city---» the market (WHAT A LONG STRANGE TRIP IT'S BEEN)
Characters: Chloe Frazer and POSSIBLY YOU??
Summary: Chloe gets sick like the rest of the world, then refuses to actually go get help what a responsible adult
Warnings: sickness related sick talk, stubbornness, idiocy

Christ, what day is it.
A://---» She's been out for so long that time's hit a bizarre stand-still: simultaneously aware of the fact that days have passed while still expecting to look up at the calendar and find the numbers haven't changed at all.
Which isn't true, of course. The patter of steady rainfall has helped her sleep when the worst coughing fits died down, and given that the rain never really stops (or increasingly those fits) everything's been blurred into one long routine of waking up, coughing her way to the toilet, retching until the fever eases off, choking down half a glass of water (from the sink, usually stagnant and left over from the last bout) and crawling back under the covers for the next two hours of (barely qualifying) rest.
Finding blood tacked onto it all somewhere about 6am is a less than welcome surprise.
Shit.
B://--» So by 7, once she's worked up enough strength to tug on her trousers and one tattered old t-shirt, she stumbles off towards the city to dig up medicine from one of the local shops. Telling herself she's capable of an extensive hike in her condition doesn't prove the mind-over-matter theory true by any stretch; at 10am, dehydrated, soaked and shaking, Chloe huddles up under the battered awning of a former hotel no more than half a mile's walk from the market. Sleeping it off is out of the question, but then again, so is getting up and making a purchase at what qualifies for a pharmacy around here. Sit, cough, sit, cough, and--
C://-» It isn't until noon that Chloe drags herself up to finish the home stretch. Possibly a second wind brought about by sheer force of will, but the more likely explanation is a touch of external interference delivered in the form one of Exsilium's pseudo-residents. (Because no, no, she's fine, she's fine. Thank you very much but it's really just a cold.) With all that's been going on a coughing creature in her pitiful state sticks out despite any and all attempts to mask just how poorly she's doing. Doesn't matter. Let her be the sore thumb. That shop's a few yards off, just within her eyeline, and it's about bloody time.
[ooc note: Feel free to disregard the options in favor of something else you have setting-wise if you'd rather do something else! Option A is obviously limited to anyone that knows of/has been to Kolt's cabin, but the woods are wide and spacious and there are plenty of opportunities to bump into an early morning sick person if pre-hike interactions are what you'd prefer. In other words, do whatever, I am flexible <3
pps: art logging is completely welcome though I will be slower on art posts for obvious reasons!]
