[Eventually, she stops thinking and it's a blissful relief, to forget about anything that isn't moving, blocking, ducking and delivery blows in return for those rained on her by Helena. It's not quite instinct, the way Steph fights, but her training is so ingrained that she can let go, rely on her body to simply respond to the attacks instead of letting her thoughts swirl around in her head to steal her focus.
This isn't the first time she's fought Helena, but it's different now, than when the Huntress was being controlled by Calculator's virus, and Steph knows that she's outmatched. Not by a lot, by Helena is landing more blows than Steph is, driving her back and wearing her down; there are bruises blossoming on her cheek, her legs, her chest, but that doesn't mean she's going to give up easy.
