a congregation of exorcists
Date & Time: July 9th, a few hours after this.
Location: Hospital
Characters: A WHOLE BUNCH OF EXORCISTS +1 Noah and Collette.
Summary: Lavi got his help and is taken to the hospital, word spreads and it's suddenly a congregation.
Warnings: none??
[ It's a few hours after passing out that Lavi drifts back to consciousness— and promptly wishes he wasn't. His entire body feels heavy and is still aching after all the strain that was put on it. It makes it incredibly tempting to just go back to sleep. Sleep as long as it takes for him to feel better and something tells him there's a lot of information to be retained too. A longer nap wouldn't hurt for once and he can tell he's lying on something soft and comfortable, which isn't helping the temptation in the slightest.
But something in the back of his mind urges him to open his eye, too. A pressing feeling of memories being half-remembered (there's something he's supposed to find out, isn't there) and eventually it's that feeling that wins out. He stirs with a soft groan, eye fluttering open. ]

And stay, though it could be argued that he didn't have to.
He stayed regardless, intending to keep watch ( Noahs aren't supposed to be trusted, right? ). Though if asked for a reason on his presence, he'd simply say that he had nothing better to do. Or maybe that someone had to make sure the moron wakes up - though that girl Collette seemed to be much more well versed in that sort of sensitive, caring thing. Kanda, on the other hand, hasn't heard of that.
So he just stays. Because that was the only option that passed his brain, and he is nothing if not impulsive.
He is seated in a chair a short ways from the bed, Mugen leaning by his side ( for a quick grasp, if necessary ), and his head tipped back against the wall. When Lavi stirs his own eyes blink open from brief meditation ( staring at a white wall got too boring, really ), and he's turning his attention, along with a habitually sharp, and level gaze ( and if one squints, with that surprising tinge of quick concern), to the other exorcist. A beat, before offering a clipped: ] Finally.
[ 'Hey you're alive! That's good.' is too long to say, obviously. ]

sorry for the delay!!!!

Asking for a second blanket, she'd confiscated a chair and then toweled off in his tiny bathroom, knowing she'd be -- well. She'd be as wet as she was as Caesar.
With all that done, she plops down in the chair, heart pounding as she realizes how close she's cutting it. When she demorphs, it's just there in the open. Caesar's features bleed and shift and mold into Collette's. It's only fast by merit of being the same species; red hair becomes black, long and wavy, green eyes turn to deep browns, and fair skin darkens.
She hopes no one had time to watch her, or was paying attention, but she's so tired it's difficult to care at first, and as time stretches on, the quiet way she'd done so meant she'd mostly succeeded in drawing no extra attention to herself. )
You awake over there?
( She asks eventually, though it's a redundancy next to knowing Lavi was; she wheels closer with an effort that she ignores as being taxing. She's tired. That's all. )
