Mate, for all I know you and yours pass on notes from some mysterious council of Initiative elders. It doesn't seem like a two way street.

[And hey, maybe he's wrong and they have bi-weekly meetings with the Initiative higher ups, but from where he's standing it seems unlikely. Seems like an open house for Initiative-Transport relations ought to have slightly more of the former.]
