"Many," Morrigan had agreed of those renowned for using blood magic. It was an ambiguous, non-conclusive remark, though. One she would provide clarification for, if asked. The provision of which might surprise Elissa.

What interested Morrigan was, on the other hand, what this Warden had done in response to her wish. And once supplied, the magic practitioner slowly nodded. "Then it seems your actions are not wholly dissimilar, after all... And for that, I am thankful. Even if Flemeth's nature is now... Clearer to me. She eluded true death, 'tis true... Resurrection from the slaying by your hand. But I am no less thankful for your deed. For your... Trust."

For a moment, Morrigan seemed on the brink of saying something. Then, as ever the case, she clamped down. Addressing the Warden with a forced, renewed smile of politeness, before changing subject with further exploits of Elissa's other self - or dimensional replacement. It seemed still impossible to know whether it had been a different woman from another family or not.

Leliana, Sten, the dwarf and more. Quests which were familiar, including that of Soldier's Peak, the ghostly Sophia Dryden and Avernus. The latter of whom had been allowed to continue his exploits, once other, more demonic denizens were dispatched, in the hope of providing arcane empowerment against the Archdemon. Of Elfleda's willingness to imbibe potions and learn of magic, even if forbidden by others. Morrigan offering the view that the Warden she knew was, like her, compelled to explore magical power - although, not for selfish reasons, but because opportunities of empowerment were judged as necessary. And of one early adventure which had resulted in the stone being, Shale, joining their party. Someone whose origins were later discovered when embarking upon errands for dwarves.

All in all, it painted a picture of a young woman who wielded power in ways the Templar Order would have considered unthinkable, saving a great many lives in the course of doing so. One who had remained friendly with Alistair and taken enough interest in Zevran's affairs to prevented him siding with the Crows when they, too, made their appearance. The assassin, in fact, living right to the end, like the rest of them. Something Morrigan said she suspected would be impossible.

Nevertheless, there was a darker side hinted at of this Elfleda. A ruthless streak. Persuasive, but not afraid to use intimidation - and act upon it. Protector of those under command and an unrelenting force against those she opposed. Mage, yet one who favoured armour and the wielding of enchanted weapons. Even learning how to become an arcane warrior. An almost poetic merging of the paths represented by Alistair and Morrigan, themselves. Not someone who seemed interested in any romantic offerings Morrigan had seen, however. Loghain's treachery later being answered in a duel; Alistair set up on the throne with an advocated marriage to Anora.

The mage's tale drifted after that. Stating she had participated in the final battle, but left soon after. The precise details of that interim time being skipped over.

"And if you remember meeting me at the Eluvian, as did she... Then I would wager you know, also, of why no Warden death resulted from the Archdemon's fall. And perhaps later events in Kirkwall?"
