Blaine finished up the french braid and combed his fingers through the rest of her hair. He sectioned off a tiny section and started a regular braid. He talked as he worked, making several smaller braids.

"People don't usually ask specifics," was his answer. They usually mentioned people you knew, which did count family, but his answer was always no on all accounts. He was the only person from his world and it seemed it would stay that way. He was thankful and yet sad about that.
