Corosa does not answer immediately, busy contemplating the alley. He gives it a closer look and decides that he does not like it at all, and that he is going to stay down here at his end, thank you very much.
Once that decision is made, he returns his attention to Elissa. From here he can't make out any details of her features. The sun is in his eyes and no amount of squinting will change that. His gaze briefly flickers to the dog at Elissa's feet, then back to Elissa herself.
