[Billy has learned his lesson from the last battle with the UE. He's better prepared---he carries enough mini-shield marbles to distribute to anyone he works with, he's largely attacking with small explosives, he sticks to the shadows, and he's very hesitant to act alone.]

[So there's a faint buzzing sound as a glowing blue wall seems to manifest between you and approaching danger, absorbing most of the blow. Then there's someone next to you, firing off a few shots.]
Are you okay?
(b) [Billy is clinging to the rafters above the street, waiting for just the right moment to toss his explosive. Hopefully he can bounce the object off a few walls before it's detected, and that will buy him more time to move.
Unfortunately, he slips...and that small noise catches the soldiers' attention. There's suddenly a powerful barrage of fire and lightning thrown in his direction. He yelps as the pressure penetrates his suit---and his footing is lost, and down he tumbles. But he's going down shooting, firing at the approaching soldiers with one hand while he tries to cling to something to stop his fall with the other.
Finally, he tries something stupid---deploying a shield at the ground. Miraculously, he bounces off. But he's still surrounded, and this is definitely not looking good.]
Whoops. Maybe I should work on a repulsion field next.
