but he nods as he listens to that, not finding the explanation too difficult to follow. something like the exsilium network on a larger scale, if the concept of worldwide is a large thing to wrap his mind around. )

It sounds like it'd be hard to filter something like that.

( monitor it, anyway, enough to even be able to consider filtering it. )
