[ She doesn't think ill of the GCPD or cop forces in general. For all the flak they get, a lot of them are genuinely good people doing what they can. Gotham had been infested with the corrupt not too long ago. The mobs had the lawyers and cops in their back pocket.

There are always people like Gordon and Renee.
