He takes careful note of what he's learned about the solar panels and resources for growing food, and has been able to sweet talk his way into a tour of one of the food storage domes. He's hoping to get into one of the more affluent settlements, for a look around, and has arranged a meeting at one of the pubs with a Exile who says he can get him.
