Lea takes a moment to examine the bracelet... before he realizes it isn't a bracelet. He closes one hand over the back of his own wrist in something like sympathy pain, a grimace on his face, then listens in rapt horror as she explains. At her conclusion, he presses his fingertips over his chest, as if feeling for a heartbeat there, then is just quiet for a moment.
He figures if they have to have the loss of a heart in common, at least they can have the return of one in common as well.
Lifting his eyes to her, Lea frowns worriedly.
"So... you'll be all right too then, right?" he asks, extending one hand toward hers, hovering over the covered spot where the Exsphere is, before pulling back like he's not sure if he's allowed to touch it. It feels like a petty, selfish question to ask after all that, but really it's the only thing he cares about at the moment. Everything else aside, the idea that Sheena might be dying makes the muscles behind his ribs seize up painfully.
