[Sheena is no stranger to the kitchen, though after being gone for a couple weeks she's had to acclimate herself to being on the moon base again. The kitchen here is smaller and the selection of supplies is smaller still. But things have been getting better, albeit slowly, and her own supply runs helped her get a hand on some stuff she might not get elsewhere.

She's pleased. It's been a while since she made anything resembling her favorite dish, but chicken curry over rice is fairly easy, fairly standard, and looking fairly delicious. She doesn't have any pineapple or tofu to add, unfortunately, but that can wait until they make things right again-- or until she goes home, whichever comes first.

She serves herself a bowl and leaves the rest on the counter with more dishes, in case someone wants to serve themselves. For now, though, she sits on a bench. The cafeteria sure looks like it took a beating in her absence; she lets her attention drift as she begins to eat.]

[Sheena lifts her head, hearing the inquiry. She turns around and sees the kid. Though he's dressed a trace oddly, she doesn't seem to react to it. Horns? Pff. Her boyfriend has /wings/.]

Oh, that was me! You want a bowl? I made plenty.

You like ICO? I like TOS too!!

Really? I can have some?

[The way his face lit up was as if she had offered him a puppy. Without further hesitation, he grabbed a bowl and he served himself some curry.]

Thank you, Miss. It looks really good.

[He could barely wait to eat a properly cooked meal again. He just managed to seat himself across of Sheena before he started eating.]

yes!!!! though i was very frustrated by it as a kid. i think giving it another shot would be awesome

[Sheena is touched.] Of course you can have some. That's what it's there for.

[He reminds her of some of the kids in her village.]

Does no one feed you? Or are you just hungry all the time?

No one does; I cook my own food. I'm still learning. [He left out the part that he was trying to learn not to destroy everything.]

This is great! What is it? A stew?

[Though he was enjoying the meal, he had enough manners not to speak with his mouth full.]

Ah, it's always hard when you're first starting out. [She had to do a lot of studying by herself, considering the village would have nothing to do with her after a certain incident.] I don't mind helping, if... you have any questions.

Mm, it's not quite a stew. You cook vegetables and meat in a spicy sauce, then pour it over rice.

I think I just need to try again on my own. I've had a lot of help before. But thank you.

[He finished eating.] Well, whatever it is, it's delicious. I'm Ico. Thank you for the meal.

Good luck, then. [He's so tiny and determined. She can't help but like him.] I'm sure you'll do great. Cooking is more about dedication than talent.

[She brushes her hair aside.]

Sheena. Let me know if you're still hungry, okay?

[He laughed.] I'm still hungry.

[Well, she did say to let her know, so it could not be rude to say it. He did not want to take too much in the beginning, so he just gave himself a small serving.]

Is it really okay to have more? I don't have any food to give back.

[fujibayashi]

[Aaand that makes her chuckle.]

It's fine. I don't need anything, so eat as much as you want.

We're all in this together, you know?

[hornedomen]

You're right. We should be helping each other.

[He began to help himself to more food.]

When I learn how to cook better, then I'll make something for you, too. Okay?

[fujibayashi]

[Her expression softens. He's so much like... like the little kids in her village, like a younger Lloyd with actual manners.]

You don't have to... but I don't mind trying. [Even if he messes up, she's probably had worse. Thanks, Raine.] I'll look forward to it.
