It's amazing to her, really, how little he learns. One would think after multiple times scolding him -- if by scolding, we mean screaming and shouting in a terrifying manner -- that he would learn his place and treat her with respect.

However, there isn't anything too offensive about his greeting, other than the fact that he's here at all. She gives him a smile -- the incredibly fake kind, as if she's capable of anything else.
