After being discharged, she was a woman without purpose. Civilian life can only do so much for her. She's not made for it.
She adjusts the strap of her bag, then moves to her collar to straighten it. ]
I'm going to hazard a guess that time travel is above your paygrade.
[ They might be soldiers, but this isn't something she was ever prepped for. ]
