Summary: Log for this mission! Mission back in time to obtain blackmail, trying to use
Warnings: none, yet
München, Germany, only a few short years before the rise of the UE. This mission would be just one of many, so their goal was reasonably small, but enough that it fit into the grand scheme of things well enough. The idea was simple: infiltrate the housewarming party of a well-known scientist and forerunner in genetic experimentation, get on his good side, and get as much information of him as they could. If they were lucky, they might even get to do a little sneaking around to see if he managed to leave any documents laying around.
Getting on the invitation list had proven a task in and of itself, but there was nothing that flashing some money and sweetalking -- and a little intimidation -- couldn't get you. And the party was big, fit to christen a new home almost the size of a mansion. The invite list was long, and not all of them personal friends. Some coworkers, some friends of coworkers. It might have been a bit surreal to be crashing a party that consisted mainly of middle-aged adults working in the genetics field; gate crashing seemed like it was reserved for high school parties with copious illegal alcohol consumption.
Now they were here, waltzing in like they belonged there, some transports holograms tuned where necessary to blend in with the adult crowd. It was time to make some friends.
