This sure as hell wasn't 'normal'. Adam frowned, looking at the banquet table. One thing was certain: he needed to eat. He didn't know how long he was underground. Days? Weeks? His sense of time was completely out of whack. He was sitting down at the table, with a large plate of food. Katana by his side, Adam started to eat, slowly but surely, enjoying each bite.
God how he missed food.
He watched the people passing and mingling, frown deepening at some more than others. People were green, had pointed ears or, in one case that Adam was sure he hallucinated, there was a panda (there couldn't have been a panda). He still sat at the table, watching and waiting. If someone wanted to talk to him, he would be fine with it. But dammit, he needed food first.
