Ico held onto Larsa’s hand as he guided him through the crowds. They were both rather small so it came as no surprise to him that people did not always see them. He hurried along and pulled Larsa close whenever it looked as if someone was about to run into them.

“He’s a warrior and he’s older than we are,” he explained. He was not sure how much more he should say about Duncan. It was obvious that Duncan was against the Initiative and so it would be unwise to mention it here.

When they left the Hold, the very air was alive with commotion. Monsters roared in the distance along with the sounds of Initiative and Transports fighting to keep everyone else safe. Though they remained safe here, Ico did not want to take any risks. He kept alert for any monsters that may have slipped through. He squeezed Larsa’s hand a little tighter and he quickened his pace.
