How could Painwheel ever embrace being something she hates? She can barely do anything outside without worrying about someone seeing her, or just feeling awkward about her appearance in general. It sounds nice, but that's about all it'll ever be. For her, any sort of "acceptance" feels like she'd be letting Lab Zero win, and like heck she's going to allow that to happen.
