As much as she appreciated the advice, Alice couldn't help but laugh a little. Remembering when she was a kid? It wasn't that long ago but, jeez, with the way things went over the past six years, thinking about when she was a kid was a very foreign concept.

"It's worth trying. She's a smart kid anyway, shouldn't be too hard." Sign language wasn't hard to learn but Becky had it down. Alice had to think a bit when using it.
