Summary: After the adventures in art theft, everyone is returned to Exsilium to find things get shaken up again. Again, bodyswapping. Feel free to use this log as a general open log for everyone, there's no specific setting or time! Run into each other in bars, in shady abandoned buildings, in the Housing, in the middle of the street, anywhere you'd like.

They'll get this all sorted out by the time you get back, don't worry.

Someone's definition of "all sorted out" is clearly a little skewed. Some people arrived back in Exsilium returned to their original bodies, some people have stayed exactly the same, and some people have found themselves in even stranger new bodies than they were in before. All Initiative employees are hard at work on the problem, working with the AI as they run test after test on the Transporter to find a fix. They clearly weren't expecting this result any more than you were!

But in the meantime, enjoy your next five days in your rental body! Live it up in a bar, hit the streets, or never leave your apartment and hope you never ever have to pee, the choice is yours. Although the original owner of your new body might want at least a little say in it.

[ Still stuck in a body that's not your own and you managed to damage it in some way? Have no fear, a generous monk is here!

Jacquese can be found wandering around in the Courtyard throughout the week, carrying his usual miniature blackboard that this time just has 'HEALS' written on it. He's giving out free heals to anyone who might need them regardless of how small the injury might be. After all, you have to be considerate when it's not your own body. ]

[That's probably a lifesaver right there. Naoto's banged up her borrowed body a little thanks to a bunch of annoying youths back at the mission (just because Kanji looks strange enough) and no amount of negotiating had gotten her out of a scuffle. And of course, this being her friend's body, it would be bad form to have Kanji return to something damaged.

It's just a shame she'd used up her medical supplies previously and with what's been going on, there's no time to stock up.]

Pardon me. I hope you're still open for one more.

[ The hopeful request is met with an instant nod on Jacquese's part and he wastes no time getting to it. Although he can't tell what the extend of whatever injuries the boy(?) who approached him has, he casts heal twice just to be safe. And because he can, he also adds a Blessing, meant to increase strength and accuracy of both the physical and magical kind, to it for an extra invigorating feeling.

He writes on the back of the board before flipping it over for the other to read. ]

[That actually felt good-- almost better than a healing spell from one of her more accomplished senpai, actually.]

It's amazing-- thank you very much. [And just to be on the polite side, especially with the help:] how can I repay you?

[ Jacquese beams at that before shaking his head at the question. ]

You are most welcome, I'm just doing my job.

[Naoto cant let it go though.] I'll do my best to repay when I can, even though you say you don't need anything.

[Sheena makes her way over. She doesn't know if Zelos has the ability to heal in his current body, and she sure doesn't, which means... she's SOL unless she finds someone like the kid with the horns. To her credit, she doesn't stare too long at them, but she gives him a smile that is terribly feminine despite being in a guy's body.]

Can you help me? I haven't broken anything, but there's bruises on my arms and legs. I gashed my knee, too. [She lifts up her pant leg to show him.]

[ Jacquese returns the smile warmly when he finds someone approaching him and he nods readily at the request. He bends down slightly to inspect the gash for a moment before straightening again. One heal should be enough for that and the bruises, so that's what he casts along with an extra Blessing for that bit of invigorating feeling.

When he's done that, he writes on the back of the board before flipping it. ]

[She perks up immediately, even though she can feel the tiredness weighing down on her. It's just part of this weird body. It can't seem to rest enough.

She peers at the board curiously, then understands he can't seem to talk. She gives him a soft smile.]

Much better. Thank you. [She bows.] I'm Sheena. I owe you one-- I keep falling asleep in this guy's body, so...

[ He bows in return before waving the words of gratitude off with a gesture of his hand. ]

It's nothing. I'm glad I could help. It's nice to meet you, I'm Jacquese Foran.

[ He pauses there for a moment, thinking. There was a word for that, wasn't there? ... Oh, right. ]

Perhaps he is narcoleptic.

Nice to meet you, Jacquese. [She hopes she's saying that right.]

Narcoleptic? Is that what they call it?

[ Jacquese is used to many variations of his name and to him they're all considered correct by now, so he just nods encouragingly. ]

Yes, I believe it's called narcolepsy when someone keeps falling asleep at random. Perhaps there are books in the library that can help you, I'm afraid the name is all I know.

[She kinda wants to touch the horns, but refrains.]

Right. I'll have to take a look. Hopefully I can help this guy out when things go back to normal.

[ Here, let's make that more tempting with a headtilt. ]

Have you found him yet?

[... They're really kind of cute, damn it.]

No, I haven't. I think his name's Nanaki, judging by the kid who knew him.

[Without the distractions of the mission, being in Nepeta's body isn't nearly as fun. Gamzee doesn't like it; doesn't like what he feels and doesn't feel. It's strange and wrong and his head hurts.

He's curled up somewhere, in amongst a colorful collection of things and trash. He'd wanted to get away from the building and... Nepeta in his body.

So when he sees a familiar face that usually makes him feel good? Gamzee is all over that.]

Fake-horns brother! What all are you doing?

[Then he sees the sign, and his head really hurts--the light, especially, and loud sounds--so he decides to ask.]

You got anything to be making pan-hurting better?

[ The voice is unfamiliar, but the words aren't. There's only one person who refers to him like that and so it instantly catches Jacquese's attention, making him turn to face Gamzee. It's odd seeing him like this, but Jacquese gives him a friendly wave all the same.

It takes him a second to figure out what Gamzee means by 'pan-hurting' and then a moment of consideration before he finally nods. Heals were meant more for physical injuries, but they did ease pain. Combined with his buffs, it should at least lessen a headache.

So, he casts a heal and follows it up with a Blessing, a spell that enhances both physical and magical strength that comes with a nice feeling of invigoration, and an Agility Up. Although Agi Up raises speed and reflexes, it's also good for focusing. After he's cast all three spells he looks at Gamzee expectantly. ]

[Well there's somebody who looks like they could use his services. The person in this boy's body doesn't seem to know how to walk, given the wobbling with each step. There are bumps and bruises everywhere.

Himeno does try to smile when she recognizes Jacquese's face though.]

Oh! Hell--

[And it trails off in a squeak as she starts to lose her balance. To her credit, she does catch herself, but only after a lot of flailing and stumbling around.]

[ Oh dear, that certainly has Jacquese rushing forward to help the poor boy(?). He gently grabs him by the shoulder to steady him. The bruises don't go unnoticed either and he casts a quick heal before stepping back and quickly scribbling down: ]
