Who: Kagura
boundbyheart , and YOU!
When: The month of May
What: Anyone meeting Kagura at her new 'home', near the outskirts of the city
Rating: PG-13 for possible violence?
The building itself was no bigger than a medium-sized shack, if you can even call it that. It was not very tall, and the giant holes in the wall showed a plain and decaying indoors. It was a simple three-room building: a small bathroom, a large room, and a smaller backroom that had a stove in it. Kagura planned to remove the stove and replace it with something more from her culture. a fire-pit with a cauldron over it. Clearly, whatever was in there was worth money, but she wasn't sure how to get it out just yet without making more holes.
As of right now, the small room had a blanket it in--her bed, and everything else was left bare. The bathroom was decaying, but the toliet was still usable. What mattered most to Kagura, however, was the holes in the roof and the floor. Where there were holes in the roof, there were holes in the floor, as the wood softened and broke from the damage. Kagura, though, would not sully her hands with this work, as she barely knew how to use a hammer in the first place and had no reason to learn. That's why'd she put a post up, in order to get help. She could ask some of the villagers, she supposed, but the Transports seemed more able-bodied. Hopefully, they'd want the job.
So, she stood under a small awning in front of her house, tapping her foot while she waited for a Transport or otherwise to arrive.

He had worked his way out over the days, stepping out during his spare time and composing a mental map. It took him quite a while to make his way to the outskirts.
And so Jade Curtiss strolled by, hands in his pockets. His eyes skimmed over the shack, glance barely flickering over the impatient-seeming woman under the awning.

It's better not to ask as what.

"Off with you, then."
I am so sorry; I couldn't find a way to make him stay

He waves at the woman standing under the awning. "Hey! Are you the one looking for some help?"
no subject
"Yeah." He looked ready to work, at least, although his clothing was very different from what she saw men working in at home. She couldn't expect him to look like that, though. He was from somewhere different, if he knew what the building was made from. He looked built for it too, which was good--the faster this was done, the better. When he finally got over to her, she crossed her arms.
"Let's talk about payment. How much do you want? I'll pay you by day."
no subject
"Uh, I don't...really understand the currency here," he admits. "What do you think is fair?"
no subject
"5 Marques an hour." Which isn't really fair, to be honest.
no subject
"Uh, sure! Sounds great!"

"Not very long, I think." Five minutes, tops. He walks over to the front wall and, with a few quick gestures, pulls dirt from the ground and uses it to fill the hole, creating a smooth, solid wall of stone. "Yep. Not very long at all."
no subject
"Good. Today, then?"

Bolin cracks his knuckles and briefly contemplates deliberately working slowly to try and get more money, but tosses the idea aside. He doesn't want to cheat. (Besides, faster he finishes, the faster he can maybe find another job that pays better.)
Time to work!

All he knew was that there was a mess of a shack that looked like a strong breeze ought to blow it down, a woman nearby it, and the fact that he was just bored enough to think messing with her would be a good idea.
Without a second thought Belphegor casually strolled forward toward her with his hands in his pocket. Playing innocent for now.

"Hm? What's that you've got there?"

Just tossing that one back in her face. If she didn't need to tell him anything, he didn't need to share either.

But if she was going to threaten him for walking too near her house he wasn't oppose to pulling out a handful of his knives and flashing them at her. Maybe if he was lucky she'd be the territorial type.

"You are not." There didn't seem to be well defined laws here, but she certainly wasn't allowed to commit murder, and if anyone found out she'd be the one in trouble, wouldn't she? He was a professional, he could cover up a murder easily if he wanted, but he had his doubts about her.
He took another step forward. "And even if you were, you couldn't."
