Date & Time: The night before the epidemic started to infect the citizens.
Location: Rooftops
Characters: Ezio & Elza
Summary: Two assassins happen to meet on a rooftop pretending to not be assassins.
Warnings: NA
[The rain never bothered her, and Elza moved through the shadows of the city without any hindrance from it. Her movements were silent as she scouted the area around her location. It did little good to let her guard down while here. There may not have been any other Howling Voice members here, but that didn't mean that there wasn't a possible threat to Clive or herself.
She came silently out of the shadows on one of the rooftops near the apartment building. Walking quietly along the flat surface, Elza made her way over towards the building's edge. Once she'd assured herself that there was no threat here, she would move onto the next area.]

That's okay! :D
She took a step to the side to pivot her body around to take in the one following her steps. Her white cloak stood out brightly against the dull background. She didn't say anything at first, but instead quietly regarded the other as they both sized each other up.]
late again because hiatus face in handsssss
The Assassin stopped in place, eying the woman. She is skilled, he gives her that, in the way she moves, the way she regards him. He says nothing either, only circles her, measures her with keen, measured interest.]
No problems! I'm away at con for the next week after today!
Silence followed them for a short while as Elza's pale green gaze sized him up. Her hood remained covering her face as if to protect her from the rain, but that was far from the point. It was a trait of her kind, and while she had distanced herself from her Guild, Elza still maintained her pride in who and what she was.]
It's not often that I find someone up here on the roof.

And here I was expecting no others but myself. I wasn't prepared for guests.

Have you been here long?
no subject
Long enough to know this place better than others.

[The evasive answer had her smiling.]
I do hope that I'm not interrupting any of your quiet time. Since you weren't expecting anyone else around here. [The way Elza spoke made it obvious that she wasn't going anywhere.]

Well that's fortunate. I don't suppose that you care to share such things, slick?

A fair trade. My name is Ezio. [He bows his head.] And yours, signorina?

From what she could see beneath his hood, he appeared to be a rather handsome man. Which meant that he was either talented or still green. Granted the scar on her face had hardly been caused in battle, but the story behind that was something she kept to herself.]
Elza.

A pleasure to meet you, Elza.

[He's never seen the woman before. Someone with a scar like hers would be easy for him to remember, apart from the white clothing.]
