A man must be
Date & Time: November 17th, all day
Location: ANYWHERE AND EVERYWHERE IN THE HOLD
Characters: Ezio Auditore and YOU!
Summary: Ezio is exploring the Hold
Warnings: None as of yet
[Ezio is a man of knowledge. The more he knew, the better prepared he could be for anything and everything possible. Too often has he seen people caught off-guard and fail for one single missing piece of information.
As it happens, he's trying to learn the layout of the Hold. The quickest routes in, the most complicated ones, the buildings more adequate for climbing and scouting. You can find him nearly anywhere in his Assassin garb, hood on, stalking about the place.]

Having a several inch long gash in her jeans right across her hip and part of her upper thigh, for example, was not very practical. Her coat thankfully hid this wardrobe malfunction, but there was an unfortunate sag she was tending to every so often as she browsed around the Hold's marketplace. This courtyard was one she became acquainted with when she first arrived, though the familiarity didn't make it any easier finding suitable replacement pants.
She sorely wished hers would just stay in place and stop sliding down one side of her hips, above anything else. ]

Though he's starting to change his mind as to how often it would okay to wear his Italian Renaissance garb.
He sees the blond woman, a very pretty one at that, with a mild expression of frustration. She seems to be wandering a little, which, of course, catches his attention.]
Are you looking for something?
no subject
Mm?
[Oh. Hello. Her eyes darted down to the pair she was holding in her hand, and she raises them a little for emphasis; simple dark jeans, looking perhaps one size too small for her.]
...a suitable replacement.

Were you in a fight?
no subject
Sort of.
[The tone of her voice and the way her eyes roll definitely implies the annoyance of this fight.]
It was a towel fight.

A towel fight.
[He sounds so convinced.]
no subject
...Yes. A towel fight.
[She goes on to clarify.]
It started out as a towel fight with Jensen.

[He starts to crack a bit of a grin.]
I see.

He was being stubborn, that's all.
no subject
And so a towel fight led to that?
[He signals to the cut with just a glance.]

She'd do better than that and smoothly go on the offensive, too.]
You speak as if you have personal experience with ruined pants.
no subject
Better to be prepared for anything than to be caught by surprise.

And what sort of example do you want to hear, bella?
no subject
The last time you ruined your clothes in a fight.
no subject
[It was more like an onslaught and his clothes were ruined due to being shot and running like hell through the villa.]
no subject
You get into fights that often?
no subject
[Exactly at often as she probably thinks.]

[He'll leave that open to interpretation.]

FROWN.]
Do you have a name?
[So she can scorn it.]
no subject
[There are worse things than to scorn his name.]
And you?
no subject
[It is admittedly a nice name. She gathers her pant selection and makes a payment to the vendor, satisfied it would suffice for now.]
Samus.
