Location: Training Room (Leave your weapons and sharp objects at the door please.)
Characters: EVERYONE // OPEN TO ALL
Summary: DAY CARE! Glitter and glue and arts and crafts and snacks and naps and story time. This is basically a chance for kids to run amok and stay safe and for the unexpected parent to be relieved of such tykes while characters wishing to have some bonding time with little ones run the place. Or attempt to.

Warnings: UM. I certainly hope not.

[Welcome to make-shift Day Care. All equipment one would usually see lying around the training room floor has been scooted off to the side and blocked to prevent children from attempting to climb (although lets be honest nothing is stopping them).

There are tables for crafts and for snacks and some rugs laid out for rolling on. Toy boxes... who knows who set all of this up.

For the older crowd there are at least books to read and maybe some FUTURISTIC nerf guns, bikes, something. Go crazy. Just don’t tread on any toddlers please.

To those willing to give supervising a go, good luck.]

[ he pronounces it carefully and rocks on his heels, onto his toes, pigeon-toed and curious. ]

Did you make 'em?

[ Kuroh smiles, and gives a humble nod. ] Yes, I did. Feel free if you want one; they're here for all of you.

[ Beat. ] Is there one that you like in particular?

Um--

[ he looks across the boxes twice, judging each one and very carefully before choosing one with brown rice shaped into three dogs, various vegetables, meats and even an egg omelette tucked neatly away. ]

How'd you make it, though? I can only make little stuff, like pasta and scrambled eggs.

[nikubaka]

You have to prepare each ingredient very carefully. Of course, [ He also looks them over, a bit critically ] I was limited to ingredients and kitchenware that was provided by the Initiative.

[ In other words, not his kitchenware, so if the finished product is not up to snuff, well. ]

But it is not difficult once you practice. Boiled rice can be easily shaped into whatever you like, and making scrambled eggs is not so different from making an omelette.

So... it's not that hard if you try and practice. [ he nods slightly to himself, then smiles. ]

Exactly. [ Kuroh nods, noticeably enthused. Ahhh, youth with a real work ethic!! How wonderful. ]

Coo-roe? [ his tongue is clumsy around new names, and his cheeks tinge with red. ] Yah-toh... gah-me?

[nikubaka]

[ He chuckles a bit apologetically. ] That's right. A little more complicated than "Riku," I suppose.

But I'm glad I got it right.

[ and he smiles. ]

I'm gonna eat now. Thanks a lot, Mr. Yatogami. [ he pronounces the syllables a little quicker this time, but right as he had before. with that, though, he turns away to be ushered to a table. ]
