Summary: Ringo promised Judal a dragon (sweater). Time for some shopping??

[Waiting is really, really boring for Judal. It's especially bad when he's excited for something, so his patience is wearing really thin as he waits for Ringo to get herself over to the bottom floor of the building where they live. Those wheeled shoes must make her run a lot faster, right?]

So slow. Fine, then, if that's how it is... I'll just have to make her move faster!

[He huffs to himself and prepares to start texting, almost daring her to show up before he has a chance to blow her phone up Lady Gaga-style. She should never have giving him that emoji list.]

[She sighs, shaking her head at him. What rock has Judal been living under all these years?]

Anyway, don't you think some variety could look nice on you, too?

[He shrugs, holding his hands out helplessly.]

A signature look is good, but I guess having a few different things won't be bad. As long as it's not like what you showed up wearing when you got here.

[She huffs and promptly crosses her arms, hmph. So maybe her luck with clothes had never been too good, but come on. Thankfully they were almost to the store.]

No one wanted to see you in it, either, but did that stop you?

[He rolls his eyes.]

I'll promise to do it, as long as I don't think you're going to trick me into something. It's only fair!

What would I even trick you with? We're in public.

There are lots of things you could do! For all I know, you might have a crowd of people waiting to dress me in the most humiliating clothes imaginable. Or you could have tamed the dragon long ago, and plan to have it attack me.

[He pauses, looking starry eyed for a moment.]

The second one would be amazing, though! I might even forgive you for attacking me, if you did it that way.

... sorry to disappoint you, but you're definitely not going to be attacked by the dragon.

[She comes to a stop then in front of a certain store and turns to him.]

Okay, close your eyes! I'll lead you by the hand or something but don't peak.

Fine, fine, I'm closing them!

[He does so, making sure she's looking at him as he does, and holds out his hands for her to take.]

This better be worth the trouble, Ringo.

[Sorry, Judal. You're in for some major disappointment.

She takes his hands and carefully leads him inside, soon stopping in front of a rack with a dragon sweater on it, standing behind him so that Judal can get a full view of that majestic piece (and also to tackle him if he tried to run away)]

[He opens his eyes, ready to face down the surprisingly quiet animal, when he is shown... a sweater.]

[He pauses for a moment, trying to process this. She can't be serious, can she?]

Is that supposed to be the dragon!? Ringo!

[Wow, okay, she's giggling at his reaction a lot more than she'd expected to.]

April Fool's, Judal! I win!

[Yeah, she's rolling with that.]

"April Fool's"!? What kind of stupid thing is that? I wanted a real dragon, you liar!

[Is he sulking? Underneath that anger, he totally is. Wow, what a manchild.]

Sorry, sorry! That's the point of April Fool's, though! It's sort of a Holiday where you're supposed to play pranks on people.

[She doesn't look very sorry, only because his super serious reaction was... oddly cute. For a grown man and all.]

[He is immature enough that he's definitely going to get her back for this. In fact, he'll do it right now!

He pulls his wand pointing it at her with a tight grin.]
