What do you remember was it all you wanted?

Date & Time: Monday evening
Location: Anduin's place
Characters: Anduin Wrynn ([personal profile] thewhitepawn) and Thassarian ([personal profile] obliterating), Jaina is free to drop in since it's her home too!
Summary: Thassarian and Anduin talk about stuff. Maybe Alliance stuff!
Warnings: TBA?

After receiving the voice message earlier that morning, Anduin had decided to hang around his apartment for the bulk of the afternoon, waiting for Thassarian to arrive, as he had indicated he would. It was a quiet enough day, good for cleaning up what little mess their was between Jaina and himself - though with that finished he had little to do. The prince itched to be out exploring, or helping with the blacksmithing or something - anything was better than just sitting around and dwelling on things that couldn't be helped on his end. It was better to dwell on things that he could fix ...though that list was woefully shorter than he would have liked.

At least Thassarian's arrival would be a welcome diversion, when he had the time to visit. Anduin was intrigued to meet him. He could remember when his father had welcomed the Death Knights into the Alliance, and the mixed feelings that had accompanied it. He could remember Bolvar leaving for Northrend and never returning. The sinking feeling returned again and he internally waved it away as he sank down into a chair, drumming his fingers over the table's surface. He wondered what the other wanted - how he could help him. Jaina had agreed to treat him less like the prince he was and more like a nephew, but what of others from Azeroth who arrived here?

He wasn't sure, but was excited for a chance to visit with someone all the same, waiting as patiently as possible while going over the tablet's posts.

He nodded, a slight smile on his face. In truth, he was honored to be able to speak so frankly with Anduin, and more so that his offer hadn't been declined.

"Home is what you make of it, my Prince." It settled a bit more, that time, he felt more comfortable calling him that. He nodded softly, standing.

"I'll not trouble you for too much more of your time. Should you need me, simply let me know. If you don't mind, I should like to accompany you, if you go on one of these missions."

A small nod.
